Building on the vast knowledge base of Navgathi and TechPassion, we have launched the training division and have come up with Navgathi-TechPassion training series. The mission of this division is, “To make the industrial knowledge widespread and accessible to all“. We are approaching this mission in stages.
In the first phase we will focus on four key subject areas – Vibration, Finite Element Analysis, Hydraulics, and Pneumatics. Apart from this we will also promote the open source software, Scilab, through this program. The training programs (workshops, seminars, etc) would be initially focusing on South India with Kerala in particular focus and Kochi as base.
In the next phases, we will extend this to more subjects and wider geographical reach.

- Dhanushkodi is the CEO of TechPassion. He holds a B-Tech in Mechanical Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology (IIT Madras) and Masters in Mechanical Engineering from Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). Before founding TechPassion he was Research Engineer at General Electric Global Research Center. DhanushKodi will cover topics under Vibration, Finite Element Analysis and Scilab.
- Uday Kumar is the CEO of Mac-N-Hom Systems. He holds a B-Tech in Mechanical Engineering from College of Engineering Trivandrum (CET) and an MBA degree from School of Management Studies (SMS), CUSAT. He has over twenty five (25) years experience in hydraulics and pneumatics field. In addition he has several technical papers published in AIMTDR conferences. Uday Kumar will cover topics under Hydraulics, and Pneumatics.
